LockedIn FIT ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by Johenil Hernandez. This policy describes how the app handles your information.
LockedIn FIT is a local-first app. All workout data, plans, progress, and preferences are stored on your device using local storage. Your data is not sent to external servers unless you explicitly choose to use optional cloud features.
The app can optionally read and write data from Apple Health, including:
This data is used solely to provide readiness scoring, recovery insights, and workout tracking within the app. Health data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers, sold, or shared with third parties.
The app offers optional sign-in via Google. If you choose to sign in, your email address and display name are used for account identification and optional cloud backup via Firebase. We do not share this information with third parties.
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve personalized ads:
This data is collected by Google and is not linked to your identity within the app. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking). For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. Outside of advertising as described above, the app does not include analytics or third-party tracking.
